1. Booking & Payment

Your place is confirmed only once full payment is received.

Limited to 8 participants per weekend on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bookings are secured only after payment is complete.
2. Cancellation Policy

≥14 days before the event: full refund
-
<14 days before the event: non-refundable
-
No-shows: no refund
-
Transfers to another participant may be permitted with prior approval
Note: This applies to all circumstances including illness, work, or personal change of plans.
3. Weather & Rescheduling

The weekend runs in most weather conditions.

If a Met Office Yellow Weather Warning or higher is issued, we may reschedule.

You will be offered a transfer to a future date.

Refunds will not be provided for weather-related changes.
4. Participant Responsibility
By booking, you confirm:

You are 18+ years old
-
You are physically fit for moderate walking and outdoor activity
-
You understand this is outdoors in natural terrain
Participants must:

Follow organiser instructions
-
Bring appropriate clothing and footwear
-
Respect the alcohol-free policy
-
Respect the environment and fellow participants
Participants acting recklessly, consuming alcohol, or disrupting the group may be removed without refund.
5. Liability & Assumption of Risk
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and wellbeing.
The Other Plan is not liable for:

Injury, illness, or fatigue

Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

Issues caused by your own behavior

Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
